For those who are real independent thinking men, and decide to go the TRT route, I can assure you that you will feel great.

The next thing to do to increase your T levels is to not follow the typical food pyramid advice where you are getting the bulk of your nutrient calories from breads and grains. Last time I checked, horses, cows, and goats eat grains; Lions eat meat. As men we need to eat meat, eggs and fats. These are the nutrients that stroke the T furnace.
