I have been following Victor Prides 30 days of Discipline with my nephew Lewis for quite some time now and I would like to go over some things we are currently accomplishing. This course is truly a guide to help you become a disciplined ass kicker in no time if you truly follow its directions and teachings. Step one has the student eating two to three meals daily and no snacking unless you are training to gain muscle size.

If you are training for muscle size then eating more frequent is acceptable. My nephew and I are training to gain more size, therefore eating frequent meals is a must. We try to eat up to six meals daily. Many athletes can go on one to two meals daily like Victor does and that also works well for some too. I often use that mode of dieting with great results. Step two has the student rising up at 5:00 o’clock in the morning. Now many of you would probably be wondering “why get up so early?” Well, if you do not have any goals to accomplish then getting up that early would seem useless. My nephew and I began getting up at 5:00 o’clock in the a.m. to perform our Hindu squats, Hindu push-ups, bridging and our sit ups. All 100 reps each. Next we would get ready for our day. My nephew would go to work and I began building an internet business, which has me obsessed. I will go into some detail on how I am building this business to help give you some motivation and some ideas on starting a business as well. Next, step three has the student taking cold showers. I got myself used to that one by taking Turkish baths. The Turkish bath has one filling the tub with cold water. Once the tub is filled, you dip yourself into it immediately. Next, you have some one, I have my wife, begin pouring Ice cubes, Ice cubes from a bag, into the tub until it is full of ice cubes. This really helps with rejuvenating the body. Next, as the tub empties out, I take my cold shower. This may seem a bit too much but this is what has helped me. Next, we keep a “to do list” of things we must do. These are daily goals we write down; things we want to accomplish that particular day.

There is much more to the course. We are doing everything as it applies to us. I have come to these conclusions by also reading Bill Phillips “Body for Life” which are:

1) Make a Conscious Decision to Change.

2) Find a Reason to Change.

3) Be Honest and see yourself realistically.

4) Honor self promises (Like completing the 30 days of discipline course)

5) Focus on your future vision. (See yourself with a better body and in business for yourself)

6) Be a man and face your fears.

7) Make mistakes fast. (Don’t dwell on your mistakes. Learn from them and move on fast)

8) Set specific goals.

9) Take action “NOW”

10) Do not Give up.

These are the principles I put into use while following the 30 days of discipline course.

If you have not done so already, order the course, and begin accomplishing your dreams. What is it you want out of life? Take stock of yourself and start. Start by reading the intense apex alpha male blog. Start by working out and building your body, and start by deciding on what type of business you want to start. The thing is that you start by reading Victors book.

There is more to come.

God Bless everyone.

I.A.A.M.
