Here is how to make your dreams a reality – – You will achieve your goals through the application of two elements, which are DESIRE and ACTION. One cannot work without the other. One without the other will get you nowhere fast. If you have read many of my articles here at I.A.A.M. you will notice that I covered the topic of desire already in some detail. Identifying your desires is what selecting your goals was all about. You would not select something as an important goal unless you had some desire to have it. Developing the belief that you can achieve your goals through the power of suggestion should help increase your original desire.
To achieve a goal you must have a burning desire to achieve that goal. It is an all consuming desire that will motivate you to act, and keep you moving when things get tough. If you don’t have the desire, you are not going to make it. You can develop the desire you need by constant reinforcement techniques. Through suggestion, you can motivate yourself, create enthusiasm and multiply the intensity of your desire. Desire is not just something winners are blessed with, it is something they create through controlling their mind with positive suggestion.
Burning desire and persistance action turn dreams into reality. Action is what separates the winners from the wishful thinkers. All the goal setting and positive thinking in the world won’t get your goals accomplished if you fail to act. You will need what is called “sweat equity” in accomplishing your goals. But if you develop an intense, all consuming desire, it is all but impossible not to act.
It may not be easy for you to take action to achieve your goals. It is at this point that negativity may become the strongest. Now you may find your mind bombarded with fear, self-doubt, excuses, ect. It may not be easy for you to take action to achieve your goals. It will take motivation and drive to take the first step in acting to achieve your goals. But act you must. You know what you want: go out and get it.

Back in 1997, Muscle media 2000 had a body transformation contest. Many who participated in this contest were average people and gym goers who had no direstion or guidance. The Muscle Media contest offered that help. One of the most outstanding individuals that really succeeded in this contest was Drew Avory.
This man decided that he wanted to finally stop going to the gym and spining his wheels. He made the decsion to have a plan and go to the gym and put in the sweat equity. By applying what he learned he successfully transformed his body to the way he wanted it to look. here we are in 2016 and he has kept up with his training and still looks phenomenal.
